No - there is no CLT for this.
If you're on Windows there is usually an environment variable from which you can retrieve the information.
If you're on Unix you can retrieve the information from /etc/default/iwod* (the '*' is because they changed the name of this file from OD5 to OD6 and I think they may have changed it again in OD7)

You can always make the path of od-home by fetching the iwhome path and spliting it on TeamSite. Doing this you'll be left with G:/Interwoven and then you can concat /OpenDeployNG to it.

That tends to work for the more recent releases if, and only if, the default paths were used for both TeamSite and OpenDeploy. Older releases of the products and places which use custom paths for TeamSite and/or OpenDeploy should not rely on such practices - better to use the environment variable (Windows) or contents of the /et/defaultiwod* file (Unix).
