Upgrade 6.7.2 SP2 to 7.1

Hello,

We are planning for upgrade -
TS 6.7.2 SP2 to TS 7.1
TFO 6.7.2 to TFO 7.1
Opendeploy .6.2.1.0.0.Build71309 to higher version if needed

Would like to know the name of the pdf which can tell us how to upgrade or what are the major steps involved in upgradation.

I went thru the Release Notes of 7.1 but the steps involved are not mentioned.

Any help would be appreciated.

This is a typical TS upgrade, you can use any support upgrade planning docs to plan and execute your upgrade. I have done one few months ago and it was straight forward, i didn't run into any major issues. most of the custom code in 672 worked as is in 7.1, there were minor changes in CSSDK based custom code (i think it was the email task code and custom deploy task code), also all CGI, perl scripts worked as is. OD 7.1 worked OOTB with 62 configurations.
