Error while creating dbschema.cfg through OpenDeploy

I am trying to generate schema mapping for one DCT(datacapture.cfg), but I am getting the below error.

"Error loading datacapture.cfg file. java.lang.NullPointer Exception"

Can anyone help me this.

Below is the way you generate dbschema from command line
iwsyncdb.bat -dbschemagen "" "Category\data_type" -force -deployAll

for further reference you can check od dd admin guide.
