Creating Folder Structure from Template

Hi.
I have asked support and searched the forums for this but I have no luck so can anybody help!
We have a template that we create a worksite file structure from. This has been working fine except now they have decided that within the file structure there will also be a search folder.
i.e
The Template has a structure thus
Top Level Folder
Correspondence (document folder)
Search Correspondence (search folder)
Tab Engagements (Tab)
Engagement Letter (document folder)
Using our old method of iterating through the document folders of the template and creating them in the new workspace we are getting the Search Correspondence folder being created as a Document Folder – code listed in the text file attached.
We don’t know how we can iterate through the folders and create the structure on the fly by adding the Search Folder as a search folder rather than a document folder if that make sense?
Any help or pointers would be appreciated – all I am getting is how to create a search folder not how to create one whilst iterating around the template and creating the folders as we go.
