Not able to set default value of radio button.

I have code like this:

<item pathid="adminWorkflow" name="adminWorkflow">
<label>Admin Express Workflow</label>
<description>Select Yes to run admin express workflow</description>
<radio required="t">
<option label="YES" value="yes"/>
<option selected="t" label="NO" value="no" />
</radio>
</item>

Still not able to get "no" as default value.

I was having a similar problem and got around it by setting the value through FormAPI on the init of the form:

IWDatacapture.getItem("/path/itemName").setValue(index number for value)
