Workflow: Possible Perl Permission Error

Currently stuck. I have a workflow (wfm) that allows the user to pick either a individual or group reviewer at instantiation and again later (re-assignment) in the WF if they choose.

Working fine except when I am doing Group Reassignment. The new "pick reviewer" page is a perl cgi. If I'm logged in as myself I can do the group reassignment (by getting the sharedby groups and removing current groups and then adding the new group to a grouptask).

However, I also have different testing accouts. I set one up with the same permissions (master and some other custom role permissions) and certain methods won't fire in my cgi script with these other accounts. For example, a simple command such as: my $jobowner=$wfjob->GetOwner() will not return anything when I am running the WF as another user.

I don't know if the above is clear or not but maybe this kind of thing might have been experienced by somebody else before.

Any user that is not in the Administrators Group on the server cannot fire workflow object methods but they can fire task methods.

For example: THIS WORKS
my $wfjobId = $task->GetWorkflowId();

BUT THIS DOES NOT
my $wfjob = TeamSite::WFworkflow->new($wfjobId);

Not getting any errors, it's just returning nothing in my log. I know the code is good because as I mentioned, it works for Administrator Group users.
I also tried changing the owner of the WF to SYSTEM or to a Administrators Group account but no luck.

Can anybody throw me a bone??
