Calling Search engine using CSSDK

We have a expiry workflow in which one of the task is to send mail notification to all the DCR owners notifying them with the list of DCRs which are going to be expired in next 15 days. For getting the list of DCRs , we are sending queries using CSSDK to Teamsite search for crawling the DCRs in Teamsite repository. The functionality works fine when a single query is sent to search engine . But we have to send three queries one by one which is breaking the functionality. I suppose the functionality is breaking when the second query is sent to the search engine while 1st one is still running. It will be of great help if someone can give assistance in handling the above issue.

Are you using an EA for the expiry date?

You'll need to configure TeamSite Search to index the expiry date EA and then you will be able to construct a search request to find all DCRs which have an EA that matches today's date (for example), and then attach that list of files to the workflow...

Yes , we are using expiry date as EA . All the above configuration are done and the workflow is working fine.

We are facing the problem in getting the search records from a branch with large contents.
It seems that when TeamSite search agent is running query on a branch index collection, the other search agent ( even though it is started ) it is not able to retrieve records from the collection.

Can you please suggest a best practice to run multiple search queries on a the same branch index collection when the each query tries to retrieve large amount of data. Is there any quening possible in Teamsite search queries.

I have the same requirement as yours to track the expired files when the expiry date approaches 15 days. By Reading the TeamSite Search pdf, I didn't get much information. Could you please help me out with the steps I need to follow for setting up this.
