files are not getting deployed

I have couple of issues in here.
When I try to deploy files using workflow, files are not getting selected from the source. I checked the source path it looks fine. What shall ckeck ?
Same issue is with the target with another workflow. Files are getting deployed, OD reports files have been deployed but files are not there is the target location.
What can be the problem ? Target is Apache server and WebLogic portal.

What do you mean by 'Files not getting selected'?? Do you mean that, files are not getting deployed? Check the log files for both the issues, it should give you pointers.
