User cannot import files - TeamSite 7.2.1 - Windows 2008

User cannot import files. User is set as Master.

This looks like:
Case # 726925: CL UI - User cannot Edit files - Launchpad issue.

Looks like issue was resolved by copying verisign cert from working user to effected user and imported to JavaRunTime.

Where is the cert located? How do I 'import' to JavaRunTime?

Do you have java 1.5 more on your client machine?
if yes, if you import 1 file, whats happening?

buddha - User has Java 2 1.4 - maybe that's the deal. I have JRE 1.6 and it works fine for me.

Removed old version of Java and installed new. Problem solved!
