Anyone use OD with Team Foundation Server?

We are planning on replacing MS visual Source Safe withTeam Foundation Server.

I know VSS has command line tools so I was planning onusing a

c\>ss get $\dirfoo
in a DNR before taskand then deploy those files to our target servers

Is there such command line tools with TFS? Has anyone implementedit? Has anyone used payload adapters with TFS and OD?

Have not used it in this manner, but a couple of customers have it maintaining TS config files. One thing to watch for is that the files come out with the read-only bit set. This has broken many an install. So when you get the files, change that bit before you deploy or you will not be able to deploy it a second time.

A quick google search gives you this:

tf get itemspec [/version:versionspec] [/all] [/overwrite] [/force]
[/preview] [/recursive] [/noprompt]
