How to add a custom tag to my fixed layout

Hi,

We have a 3 row center split layout.
layout has 3 rows.2nd row has 3 areas.
We want to add a "aside" tag to last area of 2nd row, as this area will contain multiple components.
How to add any custom tag to a layout?Team-site generates div tag by default.and we do not need div tag.

Layout Attached.
"Right Nav" area will contain multiple components."Right Nav" components are enclosed in a "aside"
html tag."aside" tag is required to create floating right navigation. I cannot add this
to my components individually.Is there any way to add this "aside" tag to above layout?
