TeamSite Web Daemon will NOT start

Folks - TeamSite 5.5.1 was running quitre well on our NT server until yesterday about noon when one of our developers did an iwreset -ui the Interwoven Web Daemon will not start up and the error is throws is an Error 1067: The Process Terminated Unexpectedly.

Can anyone help?

iw-web is a static compiled version of apache. The same troubleshooting steps are valid.

You may want to check the iw-webd\log\error.log to see if there are any other errors.
