Might be just me, but I have no idea what you're asking about or what you're trying to do...

Hope you are talking about monitoring the JBoss on TeamSite and JMX alerts (never heard of jems alerts).

There is no out-of-the-solution to implement such a monitoring.

I had once tried to implement JON monitoring for TeamSite. JON is JBoss Operational Network monitoring for JBoss servers, but you need a JON server instance running.

Need to install an RHQ client on TeamSite server
After RHQ client install, you need modify iw_jboss_run.sh to add the RMI parameters of RHQ.
Run client discovery on JON server, and JON should be able to hook on to TeamSite server.
And you can monitor JBoss, memory, heap etc. Even restart JBoss using GUI.

There are other solutions like using Nagios, VisualVM etc. It all depends on the customer infrastructure you need a solution.
