UsersWithRoleDataSource error

Hi,

When starting the Publish LiveSite Content Workflow, when I select the Production radio button, the server.log in application container has the following error:

It looks like there is some user that is causing that error preventing the whole list from being populated. Is there a way to find out who that user is that is causing problem? I am thinking it might be somebody who worked at the company before, has left, but the id is still in the active directory. However, that user has been removed from active directory but some groups or datasource still has that user listed. Is there a way to find out who that user is and to remove that user?

You can enable debugging for the class UsersWithRolesDataSource and see if the logs provide more information.

Hi,

You can check all the existing users using CLT "iwaccess" command. First export all the users in a xml file by "export-permission-entries" then validate the users. Now clean the invalid or junk names from the file and import same file using "import-permission-entries" argument.
