database properties file not read in Livesite Runtime

Hi,

We are using LS2.2.1 the database properties file we have for this version is franklin_pool_factory.xml which is located in the path enduser/local/conf/franklin_pool_factory_config.xml.

Whatever values I give in here, has no effects.
Even if i give the url connection string wrongly its not throwing errors.
hence the database components look blank without even errors

Cab anyone help on this please!
