Directory Structure Case Insensitive
Jeremy
Hi,
My client would like the directory structure within Teamsite to be sorted in such a manner that it sorts everything alphabetically. At the moment it sorts the directories by uppercase A-Z and then lower case A-Z.
I am pretty sure I have seen somewhere that this can be done, but for the life of me I cannot seem to find it again!
Anyone know about this?
Thanks.

I am having the same problem with the browse button too. Everytime I click on the browse button, I would have a hard time finding my files because it displays all the uppercase first and then lowercase. Any suggestions in sorting everything alphabetically?

in the [iwcgi] section of the iw.cfg, try putting the following entry:
case_sensitive_sort=no
I think that might do what you want

Thaks for the reply.
In our iw.cfg, there's already case_sensitive_sort=no, but when clicking browse on the template, the files are not sorted.
Any other suggestions?

The only other suggestion I can think of is to contact support and ask them to add you to an existing request (if one exists) or create a new one for you.
