remove option from drop down

I am trying to customize VFE's OOTB hyperlink Button. In that popup window the first Field is Type. With lot of options viz ftp, http etc. I want to remove an option from this drop down. Do anyone know where is it listed. It is not listed in the associated htm file. What are the other guesses?
