Why would you want to go from "xml" to "iwov" style DCTs?
I understand going in the other direction (from "iwov" to "xml").

Doing so is relatively straight-forward.

Every item is an 'item' element using the name of the element as an attribute; all the values of the items are contained within 'value' elements.

You could do it any number of ways - it all depends on what you're comfortable with (XSL, Perl, Java, etc.)

I have created xsl to migrate dcr type xml to interwoven, Please make changes as per your requirement
