Missing some List User Reviewer

Hi all,

I have an issue about list user reviewer in publihsing to production step.

First, i have an administrator user, and the role is master platform, so it has all permissions and access to do anything. Then i added some more users as not an administrator users, but i put role reviewer, and a customization role to those users, so that those users can publish and review ad approve their own files to publish. But the problem is, not all user is showed at the list of viewer, the administrator user is also disapperaing in the list user of reviewer.

Can you guys help me to solve this problem.

You're not very clear here.

Did you customize the OOTB Reviewer role, or did you create a custom role that you assigned to these users, in addition to the OOTB Reviewer role?

Where/how are you getting this list of reviewers to pick from (context!)

What is the UI being used to present this list (single-select-list, multi-select-list, main TS UI window, etc.)?

I have this issue also.

When I submit page to LiveSite, Choose Reviewer, I recieved less users than before.

I am not customize anything, I am using Reviewer Role OOTB.

I am using TeamSite: 7.3.1

I get an error in server.log like this:

Judging from the error:

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidUserException: (No such user)

It looks like somehow, someone managed to get the built-in group "Everyone" registered as if it were a user and the system is balking at tryng to handle it.

I'd suggest taking a look at your IWHOME/conf/roles/tsusers.xml file to see if "Everyone" is listed in there, and if so, remove it (carefully) run iwreset (no flags), and then re-try your operation. If it still doesn't work - check for new errors in the logs.

I try to export permission using iwaccess export-permission-entries. I can see user id="Everyone" in there.

Is there any option to solve this?

Hi All,

I got a solution.

After I export permission using export-permission-entries. I remove this vpath

After remove this. import again import-permission-entries.

I tried to submit page again to livesite, the List Reveiwer back to normal again.

What this means is that the /default/iwconfig branch (that doesn't sound right) was incorrectly owned by the group "Everyone" and not by an actual user account.
