Edit link issue

Hi All,

Thanks in advance. I have a user, who when clicks the edit link corresponding to the dcr does not open up a new link to give an option to edit the DCR. This is happenning right from today morning. We are using Browser - IE 8.0. When the user right clicks on the edit links and selects Open in new Window or tab, it works fine.

We have tried navigating to other branches/workareas, lower environments, restarting the local PC, clearing browser cache. Still the issue exists.

Does anyone have any other suggesstions?

I think I experienced something similar with a user a few months back.

It turned out to be an Add-In in IE. Turn off all Add-Ins in IE and try it again. We had to uninstall some as well before it was fixed.
