Livesite Menus are not coming up

We installed Livesite in our teamsite environment. We are not able to see "New Page", "New Component".. menu items in the "File" menu even though we are under "sites" folder.

Any idea on this?

You installed it - but did you make sure your license file (IWHOME/etc/TS.lic) says you are licensed for it?

Yes it is. I have to correct the word install. We did a new deployment on the existing server. This deployment has some configuraiotion file changes also. Not sure which configuration file got overwritten.

This is corrected. We corrected the file permission of license.lic file under iwhome/etc which resolved this issue.

"license.lic"? Do you mean "TS.lic" or is there more than one license file (I don't have SP/LS on my dev box so I can't tell)

" New Page" menu is avilable only under the 'default' store and "New Component" is avilabe componemt branch of the 'iwadmin' store.
