TS 7.3.1 Installation

Hi,

I'm trying to install TS 7.3.1 on Solaris 10 x86.

I've downloaded the installers as listed in the customer support site (for Solaris Intel):

1. IWOVTeamSite-Solaris-x86-7.3.1.iwpkg
2. IWOVTeamSiteSearch-Solaris-x86-7.3.1.iwpkg
3. IWOVCSSDKClient-Unix-noJVM-7.3.1.tar.gz
4. IWOVInstaller-Unix-noJVM-7.3.1.0.0.bin
5. IWOVInstaller-silent_install-7.3.1.0.0.zip
6. IWOVTeamSiteSearch-Solaris-x86-7.3.1.iwpkg.md5sum
7. IWOVTeamSite-Solaris-x86-7.3.1.iwpkg.md5sum

However when I run the installer (IWOVInstaller-Unix-noJVM-7.3.1.0.0.bin), I wasn't able to select TeamSite 7.3.1. When selected it says
"Unavailable for selection because it is not compatible with the host operating system".

I've put all these installers in the same folder on the same server. Should there be any other files to download? Any steps missing?

When I have gotten that message, it was due to missing patches, though the error is not very clear. There may be some leftover files in /tmp you can look at.

There was also another thread a couple weeks ago that said (LSDS) had to be installed on the primary zone of a Sun box, do not know if that is the same here.
