Group sharing permission sets back to Individual - TS 721

We have recently upgrade TS 6.5 SP3 to TS 721 patch1. I have performed iwaccessmigrate to migrate the Group & User permissions. I had to set Sharing permission as Group and set the group name for few Branches & Workareas.

We have 3 different stores including multiple branches.

When I restart Interwoven TeamSite Service (manually) all the group permission sets back to Individual. and then no group member able to access the files in respective workarea.

Is anyone know what is the cause? How to resolve this issue?

Urgent help is much appreciated.

Did anybody get a solution for this? This is happening for me to also on TS 6.72 Linux OS.

We cleared all the permissions and regenerate the accessresults.xml.
Check if all the groups are properly set to respective workarea. Then run the iwaccessmigrate and reset all the permission.

If it doesn't work the you need to set group permissions manually.
