Error in LSCS 7.3.1 Runtime

I have installed LSCS 7.3.1 and LSDS 7.3.1 on same server.
The LSDS services are running fine, but the LSCS is not.

Response:

repository name="Search Server Repository" status="DOWN" description="org.apache.http.conn.HttpHostConnectException: Connection to http://localhost:10010 refused"

repository name="Database Repository" status="UP"


Also I notice , there is no "Livesite Content Service Index" service had created on server.

Am I missing something OR Autonomy changed the structure there?
