MediaBin API for Bulk Import

Please provide your valuable response to know if there are any MediaBin API's that can be used to import assets into MediaBin when it is initially setup.

You should be able to use MediaBin web service. That can be installed on top of IIS etc. Use methods like below to check-in assets to MediaBin

InsertAsset_URL : Inserts a file into a mediaBin container.
