OD Reciever is Down

Hi

When i try deploying files to target ,It says Exceeded all 3 teries to get a connection with target Open deploy host. Failed creating socket.

I knew this error is on odrcvr is down,
when i restart OD server, does this automatically start receiver too.

Assuming the receiver is on a different server, no.

If the sender/receiver are on the same server, then yes

No.
If you restart the OD Base Server - the OD Base Server is all that restarts.
If you restart the OD Receiver - the OD Receiver server restarts.

Pretty simple and straight-forward.
