Unsuccessful Installation

Hi,

I'm installing TS v7.3.1 on Solaris 10 x86 64bit. I've created the database needed for the installation. The error I'm getting is "IR service not up" message.

The log said "Failed to connect to server solarismbb:1099" but port is not being used.

Please help.

It's related to permissions. Can you check "umask" value? What do you have in there? Make sure you have "022" and re-run the installer. See that helps.

By seeing attached log file,
1). ERROR com.interwoven.wcm.install.framework.util.Solaris64BitCheck -
2). Your JBOSS Server is not started
Its related to permission issue.
