Taxonomy TagUI not population Content tyep/category

Hi Everyone,

We have recently installed TeamSite7.1,LiveSite7.1 on Solaris 5.10.

We are able to create Conditions,Actions,Rules and Taxonomy nodes. Issue is after selecting an asset for Taggging, "select content type" and "select related categories" returns "No Categories Returned".

Strange thing is while creating actions, content type and content category is populating and we are able to select them .

Note: I have submitted all the related files ie., conditions, actions, rules, taxonomy files using submit workflow as well PLC workflow( to preview environment and values are present in DB) .

No log is throwing relevant information for this error.

I believe no additional configurations required for this to work.
Any pointers will be helpful.

Am I missing any configuration ?

did you created the tag UI or just using OOTB tag UI?
