Can not delete files, wth?

TS 672 Win

Scenario, user of particualar ts group imports file and submits said file.

If they try to rename or delete the file they get a permissions denied error.

All this despite they Own the file and are part of the group that has full rights on the file in the permissions.

I'm totally stumped, help?

Are you trying to open the UI in IE or Mozilla ? I faced this issues couple of times in Mozilla.

What about the permissions on the folder and workarea ?

They have full control of the workarea and folder.
