Unable to connect teamsite cssdk soap

HI,

I am connecting to teamsite from local using cssdksoap factory. I am able to get factory, but i am not able to connect.Getting

com.interwoven.cssdk.access.CSInvalidUserException

: Unknown Hopi error(No such TeamSite user)

Userid and password is also the same i used to login teamsite ui.

Kindly suggest!

Is this on Windows or Unix?

If Windows, you may have to play around with the "domain\userid" - not sure if you have to use '\' or '\\'.

Of course, it could be something else entirely - but I'd start with trying to rule that out.
