Unable to view versioned pages, .net iis?

When trying to view any versioned .aspx page i'm seeing the following error, and yes I've added the .aspx mime type to iis and have now selected asp .net 2.0 from the iis dropdown:

Were you able to get this error solved?
We are facing the same issue with TS 7.4.
