Unable to initiate workflow

All workflows were working fine upto yesterday, suddenly I'm unable to initiate any of the workflow including default workflows

No changes in any of the wft code or available_templates.cfg file

I'm getting following error when initiate workflow

Invalid workflow:
no element found at line no 1
ERROR:00001: Faileure in operation

TeamSite Version : 7.2.1
OS : Linux

Kindly help me to solve this issue

Check if somebody removed "iw-home/tmp/cci" folder.
If it is indeed the case re-create it, make sure that it has r/w permissions for all TS Users.
