Current Session details while implementing IComand

Hello all,

I am trying to create custom command by implementing ICommand.

I am getting the session details using 'ContextItems' when I invoke the command.

Would it be possible to get the session details while the command is initializing. Basically I want to enable/disable command based on logged in user groups.
