Trusted login not working at Worksite Web

If i select the Trusted login checkbox at Worksite Web log in screen, it gives a popup windows box and asks to enter the credentials.

I checked the Worksirw Server logs which gives :

DsServerRegisterSpn failed; error = 0x2098

I checked the registered SPN for the admin account at the worksite server using :

setspn -l adminact

It displays lots of entries along with following :

imDmsSvc/wsserver
imDmsSvc/wsserver.domainname

http/wsweb
http/wsweb.domainname

wsserver is my worksite server
wsweb is IIS server where my worksite web is installed
