Importing files from a mac

Has anyone had any trouble importing files into teamsite using a mac?

The first time a mac user imports a file, it works fine, but everytime after it only imports a .tmp file.

We are on 5.5.2; mac users are using os 9.x

Sean,

Which TeamSite service pack (SP) are you using? If
you're using Mac for more than just occasional use
on 5.5, I'd recommend you get 5.5.2_SP2.

Nope.. we're on TS SP1

If you could find out if the tst_dcframeset.jsp has changed between SP1 and SP2 that would help us.

Yes, tst_dcframeset.jsp has changed in SP2.
