File Upload Issue

Hi,

I have tried uploading a set of files in the Teamsite. But, I am able to view only 10 items in the folder. i.e, i am not able to scroll the complete list of files to upload.

Do i need to upgrade the Java for this?

Can you please guys help to resolve this.

What teamsite version? Do you see the same behaviour on other browsers? If not tried try to check in other browsers and finally upgrade your JRE, I do see sometimes hickups in IE and cannot browse through any files which starts after "Q" so whether 10 number as you mentioned is points me to similar behaviour I have faced.

Is it always 10 items no matter which folder? The issue I've seen is where the local file manager will show you roughly half of the items in the folder. The only workaround I've ever seen is to sort the items by name, allowing you to see first half in an ascending sort, and then clicking it again, seeing the second half in a descending sort. AFAIK, nobody's ever found a conclusive cause or fix for this issue on certain versions of TS (though I'd love to be proven wrong).

we are running teamsite 6.7.2 sp2 and we have just discovered this same issue with users who recently got the java 7 jre install on their pc's. i have opened a ticket with HP to see if there is a fix for this. the issue seems to be related to java because their is no scrolling issue in the prior version of the JRE. We are an IE8 shop. Checking to see if this issue occurs in other browsers as well....

issue has been reported with firefox as well just now by one of our users...

You are trying a product released circa 2007 with a new release of Java and shocked they aren't behaving. What is wrong with this picture?
