TeamSite Search 7.21 StopWords?

Is anyone familiar with how to configure TeamSite Search stopwords?

They obviously exist within the TeamSite Search engine as I have compare searches for exact phrases using Stop Words and without the Stop Word.

I consulted our local Idol developers and they pointed me to the location of the Stop Words on the Idol Server, but I am assuming that the TeamSite Search 7.21 configuration is not identical to an Idol instance (even though they have similarities).

Looking for some TS Search expertise here, trying to make this as customizable as possible to our users experience.
