Teamsite Error

Hi,

I am Interwoven Admin, new comer to this tool, one of my clients is trying to log in Interwoven tool, to make changes on home page, She is receiving an error message stating that

"unable to find link instance fs_navigate_to_parent".

What could be the reason behind this??

I have done reset her account, but still the same message appears to her..

Can anyone help on this??

Yes...The problem is with single user only, I have seen iwevents.log file but there I could n't found anything related to that user.

Could you please suggest which log files to check other than iwevents log file.

Make this User a master temporarily, see if that fixes the issue.
if it does, remove "master" priviliges.

Take a look at [thread=28104]this thread[/thread], see if it can perhaps give you some ideas.
