Problem occurring wit Previewing .net pages with IIS 6 using 7.3.1

Problem occurring with previewing .net pages with IIS 6 using 7.3.1. The same page works fine on runtime with IIS 7. Please suggest if there is any manual configuration that can be done to get IIS to work.
