Issue in Previewing

I am facing an issue with I click on the preview button:

The file //SERVER/default/main/******/development/WORKAREA/development/zz_tst__1_1359571822234__preview.html could not be found.

The same presentation works on another Teamsite server but for this one I am getting this error. Is there some issue in this file getting created which normally gets created at runtime?

Well i tried adding this in the iw.cfg but i am still getting the same issue. We actually have two servers, one prod and one dev. So we are not facing this issue in prod but we are seeing this issue in dev. The customer_webserver_port parameter is set as 81. I even conpared the iw.cfg with prod and dev and there is no difference between the two files. Is there any other configuration I have to check?

Make sure your webserver is up and running and port in LISTEN mode.
[php]netstat -an | grep 81[/php]

What OS are you running ?

Is the webserver running ? Try http://servername:81/ and see

Go the file system of the DEV server and check to see how many zz_tst* files are in the workarea. There was a bug (a long time ago) which caused issues with those files not being handled correctly, and even getting submitted, that required some hacking on config files to get around (and perhaps even some tools from Support - I don't remember the details now). If you search the forums (probably for "zz_tst") you might be able to find the old threads regarding this.

Perhaps port 81 is being used by something other than the "customer web server".

On Linux you would use something like netstat -nap | grep :81
On Windows, I think you have to use netstat -nao | find ":81" and then look at the Task Manager (with the PID column enabled) - or try something like: wmic process get processid,executablepath | find "pid"
