hashtable vs request context

Hi ,

We have TS 6.5 SP2 , we are planning to upgrade to a higher version , will the existing java code work after upgrade. jdk at present is 1.4 we will be moving to jdk 1.6 for implementing TS7.2.1.

The exisitng codes have result set values pushed to hashtable while in the recent versions they use request context.

Any ideas please

In which context you are talking about?
