Is there a way to hide/show

I've got two items within a container (code is below). I want to hide the second item depending on what is selected in the first item. Can this be done and if so any help is greatly appreciated....

Window Width

I only want the second item to appear if in the first item the user has selected a pop up window choice.

I appreciate any assistance.
