Sitemap url alias appending additional parameters

Hi,

I found in my sitemap that for a particular site, the url alias is appending additional parameters

ENGLISH|about-us|hfxnstcs:0|hfxqrntl:hfxqrntr

where as it should be

ENGLISH|about-us

when i try to download default.sitemap the alias is coming correct but when i look it in sitemap tab and browse to the site and view the url alias its coming as posted above.

any idea?

That very much depends on how you're rendering out the link in your component XSL..

Hi,

Check the content xml that is returned from your external, if you used OOTB sitemap external.

See for the link value which is formed there.
