How to stripe out tags in tinymce when pasting into tinymce editor

Hi,
when i am trying to copy any content from word/site and pasting into Tinymce editor ,the bold,italic,colored text should replace as normal(default)text and also should remove unwanted tags automatically.

Hi, when i am trying to copy any content from word/site and pasting into Tinymce editor ,the bold,italic,colored text should replace as normal(default)text and also should remove unwanted tags automatically.

Simple solution copy to some text editor(notepad) then copy the content from text editor to tinymce editor.

The second one customize some style/menu option in editor to cleanup formatting.
