Please post (as an attachment) the wft and the CGI script.
Also please state what version of TeamSite and what platform it is running on.

We are trying to run a workflow from web desk interface, this workflow is initiated by the workflow instantiator from the custom menu item of the file menu. This workflow has a cgitask which throws the following error: "TeamSite Wrapper: Error:Internal Error: Could not determine program name since PATH_INFO is null".
The same workflow works fine when initiated from the web desk pro interface "New Job" option.
Here are the combinations that work:
Instantiated by Web Desk Pro
cgi-task works fine in both interfaces
Instantiated by Web Desk
cgi-task works only in Web Desk Pro
I have included the two files (test_cgi_test.wft and select_developer.cgi). I have also tried to just use the show_env.cgi that comes with TeamSite, but it will not work there either.
Please let me know if there are any other files, or quesions that need to be answered.

If you're doing this from a custom menu item via the WebDesk interface (Author's only - currently) - then it's not officially supported.
For better or worse - I've got to head out now, so I cannot spend any additional time trying to figure out what's happening right now - perhaps someone else might be able to offer an assist.
Sorry
