Authors Unable to see workflow models

Hi,
We are facing very strange issue with workflow models.
All the models were listed correctly on clicking submit button till 13th Feb 2012 but suddenly normal authors on given branches are unable to see those models anymore.
One more thing I have noticed that all the users on our TS server is not having workflowUser role on workflowmodels branch anymore.
Will this could be the reason? I tried explicitly adding workflowUser role on workflowmodels branch but still it was not working.
Please help us to resolve this issue as this is affecting our business users!

System details:
TS server:7.2.1
Platform:Windows 2008 R2 64 bit

You might want to check the available_models.xml file (though the Admin UI) and verify that all the workflows are still enabled for everyone.

I find it difficult to believe that this just "happened" on February 13th - almost definitely someone changed something in order to cause this to happen - so you need to try to figure out what files changes since that date and time and whether those changes could, in any way, have caused the issues that you're experiencing now.

Actually all the models are correctly configured. I can see those models when I login as master user in TS server.
Any guess about possible reason for missing workflowUser role on workflowmodels branch all the TS users?
I am also trying to verify changed configuration since the last time models were available for authors.

What kind of permissions have been assigned in workflowModels branch under iwadmin?

Hi,
Though I couldn't figure out the root cause of missing permissions,solution to this issue is applying the iwEveryone group at workarea level on workflowmodels branch and then submitting entire workarea to staging.
