Is there a way to find out servlet names used in Livesite Environment?

If i want to overwrite some of the servlet classes and then call overwritten servlet classes instead of the actual classes by changing Web.xml file, i will need to know the Servletname and the parameters required. Can somebody give tell me where/how to find this information?
