OpenDeploy Status Failed

Hi All,

I am trying to run deployment configuration file.
I run the following command
$odhome/bin/iwodcmd start odConfiuration.xml

Then i am getting the following error:

Locating OpenDeploy service.
OpenDeploy server host: localhost, RMI registry port: 9173
Got OpenDeploy service
>>>>>-- Start deployment testOD.xml
iwodstart running in default synchronous mode.
Need to wait for deployment to complete.
>>>>>--Deployment testOD finished:
ID:m84 Start time:Fri Feb 17 04:33:47 EST 2012
Status: Failed
Status details:
Target server has status FAILED.

I checked in all logs, I can't able to find the error.

Can any one solve this issue..?

Check the base server log and target server log, there should be some error.

What is written in odConfiuration.xml ?

Thank you for suggestion.

I added code related to deployNRun to the configuration file.

Because of that it is showing that error.

I removed that code, Then it is working fine.

Check the DTD file which has supported on deployment config and the tags allowed.
Some options(tags) were allowed only on target side and some were only in source. You have to be clear on before implementing
