Can't Make Some Changes Via Edit Users Modal In Administration

Hi. I'm using TeamSite 7.4,1. From the Administration UI, if I double-click on a user, this opens a modal window to edit UI access, roles, functions, and group assignments. I've noticed two issues here:

1) I can't remove the CCPro UI from anyone. I can uncheck it and save changes, but this is never saved.

These are not masters, just editors.

2) I can't change the preferred UI in the dropdown list without checking/unchecking or changing something else

Are these documented bugs, or is there something I haven't considered? Thanks.

What browser are you using?

The TeamSite interface is currently buggy, and actually unusable in places, on all modern browsers.

Our organisation primarily uses IE9 and often just refreshing the page will "fix" the admin interface for a while. However, some people use Chrome or Firefox for certain activities because they have more success with them.

I've used a number of browsers: IE, Chrome, FireFox, but IE9 has the worst results. I've had the best results with any current version of Opera. Is there anyway to programmatically make these changes?

You can edit .../TeamSite/conf/roles/tsusers.xml

Thanks. I've tried that at length without success. TeamSite always overwrites any changes I make to this file according to the data it receives from AD. Btw, is there extended syntax to this XML? Can I (at least try to) configure more attributes than just display name, email address, ismaster, etc. by hardcoding this file?
