Not able to edit all livesite page

I am tring to edit livesite page but for each and every page i am getting blank white page and URL of all pages is

http://localhost/iw-cc/livesite/blank.txt

Can anybody help here to find exact problem.

The blank URL is only what's there at JSP render time. The real src gets set by JS when the client browser renders the top frame, so if you're getting a blank window, you've got JS errors. Use firebug or similar to figure out what the error is, and post here if you need help deciphering it.
